Bobby and his team are the best. They don't miss a detail. Tv installations, Sonos installs and set up, surround sound, outdoor speakers, they do it all. The guys are neat and professional. They show up on time are pleasant and respectful of your home. They listen to your requests, make suggestions for the best fit for your home and budget and put it all together flawlessly. Today they replaced my Sony tv (they previously installed) with a new Samsung frame. And I'm obsessed. It's beautiful! Lol He set up the Sonos, my speakers outside for music and eliminated the wires and clutter of the receiver in my cabinet that was no longer needed. I am thoroughly impressed. My mom has used them for years and always said good things. Today i witnessed just why she only uses BIG APPLE for her home audio/television needs. They are great. Ask for John for your install. I am so dissapointed with this place. I had 2 tens & amp hooked up here. First of all it cost me $520. Second of all it sounded horrible. I had to have a friend fix it which cost me a little more and took way too long to fix. They're supposed to know what they're doing here, I think not. read more

I had a car starter installed from here everything was great until the car starter caused a voltage shortage in my tire sensors and causing my shifter to freeze up. When I had the part removed it looked like a five year old installed it. I'll never come here again and I advise you to do the same. read more

I went to get a touch screen navigation system. they broke my dash board in the process of installing it, it's now been over a month and they still have yet to get a replacement or compensate me. I don't recommend them for anyone due to their horrible customer service. read more

Set up an appointment to install a remote car starter and couldn't get in for a month. Was told to drop the car off "in the morning." Showed up on the designated drop off day at 10AM and was told the appointment was at 9AM and that our slot had already been given away. How an appointment at 9AM at a place that opens at 9AM was already given away is a mystery. Common courtesy would also suggest a phone call to the customer before just giving away their appointment. Was given a rescheduled appointment for later in the week but probably will cancel, not bothering to call to let them know. read more

I came here to have my car stereo installed. The guys working here are younger, I wouldn't say they're very professional but at the same time they weren't rude. Just mediocre service/friendliness. Geek squad wanted to charge me $280 for installation and parts. They had everything done and installed for about $130, only took about an hour. Their waiting room had a TV, magazines and a few chairs. I'm happy with my install, but I don't know if I'd consider them my go to guys for all things installation. read more

I brought my Mazda 6 in here to have a head unit, amp, and one 12" sub installed. And after they did it my heater, a/c, electronic windows, any of the dials for my climate system don't work what so ever now. They hooked the amp up wrong and blew my sub so I had to buy a new sub. So I literally read the instructions myself that came with the amp and correctly wired the amp myself. They are not educated on their craft. They are just making mistakes and making us pay to buy more of their product to make a profit on messing up our cars. Wouldn't recommend them to do anything on anyone's car. After I told them how they messed up all they could say to me was your car is old and we're sorry. Unbelievable. read more

Went to price some subwoofers & just speakers for my car doors, the total all together came out to be $1500. There is absolutely no way anyone in their right mind would pay this much. I believe they tried to take advantage of me being a female, when I knew what they were talking about & what a decent price is. Will never shop there. Try arsenal audio & ask for Chudd. He did everything for over half the price & they sound amazing. DONT GO TO BIG APPLE AUDIO. RIP OFF!!! read more

I brought my wife's car in because the car starter was acting up. I let them know I bought it somewhere else and what it was doing. They took a look at my remote and said they could take care of it. At the appointment, the "tech" walked outside and started the car with the remote and walked back in. He said that it started. I let him know that when the car sits over night, it doesn't crank long enough to start. His answer was that they don't sell that brand and he doesn't know how to fix it even though the guys at the counter said they could work on it. If I wanted one of theirs, he could put in of course. I let them know that we were trading the car in at the end of the summer and didn't want to waste the money on it. Yes, they can switch to another car but no thanks. All this being said, I paid $20 plus tax to have a "tech" walk out the front door and use my remote to start the car and then try to sell me one of theirs. That is some crazy expensive labor. $20 dollars for five minutes. I was planning on having them install one one my truck and the new car but I will travel home to KY to have one put in. Don't waste your money, take your car somewhere else. read more
