My husband and I tried to trade in a vehicle we owned that had a couple issues (we knew beforehand & had a quote on how much it'd cost to fix it) and they low balled us on a trade in price. The manager had said he searched what the NADA value was for our vehicle and told us it was only worth $1,000 when that was in fact a lie, and it was worth $3,500+ more. They wouldn't budge on giving us a better deal for their Jeep we looked at or a better trade in value for our vehicle. 2. There was a couple different vehicles that we had looked at and done CARFAXs on and two of them had come up that they had been in accidents. When we got there, the sales lady showing us vehicles said there was an apparent agreement with the owner (I believe) that they weren't allowed to sell vehicles that had been in accidents. Yet they still have at least two for sale currently. not fishy at all 3. They were extremely unprofessional and the sales lady was wildly inappropriate. The manager scribbled prices on a blank paper and typed up his own paper on what their NADA Jeep value was instead of an actual price from the online website. The sales lady kept saying inappropriate things about being promiscuous/asking if my husband and I gotten "frisky" together because he has some scratches on his neck (made from scratching a bug bite the previous night). Overall they weren't willing to work or budge with us price wise whatsoever, they were unprofessional, inappropriate, and not much of a help at all. My husband tried to contact someone afterwards to talk to someone above the manager we had seen that day and he didn't do anything either. The only good thing to come out of this was finding a different dealership and getting a great vehicle that was in better condition, a better price, and the $4,500 trade in value our vehicle deserved without having to negotiate with them at all.

We took a drive there one Saturday and Brandon immediately welcomed us and made us feel at ease. There were fresh coffee and pastry and the staff (Jay and Carvlle) were also very professional and courteous. After just couple of hours, we were able to make a deal on a beautiful 2011 Honda Pilot with low mileage and one year warranty. Brandon never pressured us and he was very accommodating. We are happy with our purchase and sure to recommend the business to our friends, family and neighbors.

But yesterday I brought it in for service ( 4 new tires, new filters, and I had oil leaking in my garage) at 9 in the morning. I was told I had a 9AM appointment. I had another ride to go home so I left the car there. 6 hours went by with NO communication so I called them at 3PM and after the person who answered the phone searching around, I was told my car is just at the point where they are changing the tires. I asked if they knew anything about the oil? The man on the phone had no idea and even after asking people had to have Brian call me back. Well Brian never called me back I waited another 40 minutes (we were getting close to closing time now) and was told oh yeah come on down the car is done. I said what happened with the oil? Why was it leaking? And was told that just the cap was loose, but it sounded weird the way he didn't know what I was talking about so it gave me a bad feeling. Well I got there to pick my car up, and I paid ($1140) and was told everything is fine but I see on my print out it says "cracked pan zip tied together". Of course I asked about it and Brian had NO idea-he went into the back for SO LONG and came out and basically accused me of having it being broken even though I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THEM AND HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT ANYWHERE ELSE. He refused to do anything about it, did not even tell me on the phone so it could be fixed and was basically staring at me like well what do you want me to do. I don't understand how you can bring your car in here to get fixed and not only do they NOT fix it....they break it. At least now I know why no one called me all day. Oh and to top it all off when I got home I checked all my tires, they are not even the same brand. They gave me 3 tires the same and one on the back is a totally different tire. I am BEYOND disgusted of how this service department is run and we will NEVER be going back or buying cars from here again.

They arrived exactly when they said they would, they found the leak, trouble shot the issue and came up with a better solution than going under my porch. They fixed the problem (as far as I can tell from above ground), were extremely professional, left the site tidy, graded and seeded. A few days later a sink hole was created where the original septic pipes were (that they didn't want to drive over) and I asked if they could just deliver some extra dirt as they were working nearby. I left for 3 hours, came back and the hole was filled, graded and reseeded. Unbelievable service!! I would highly recommend them!!
