After a week I called again because a sign advertising them and I read a few reviews that stated the work was good. Spoke to the same person, and she apologized and told me her lead Electrican would get back to me. I waited another 3 weeks and no one called. I hired another firm from near Syracuse and the work was completed in a few days. Terrible service even though they were within 10 minutes from my building. I would never use them again or even call them. If I could give them a zero I would. The first call was in June so this was not a weather issue. Just posting now because I remembered to do it now.

We told Mike the type of music we wanted, the age of the crowd but it goes in one ear and out the other because when there farmed out DJ shows up they are clueless..They just push a play button and the same generic wedding garbage music comes out..no interaction with the crowd to get them up on there feet and entertained, by the way they are suppose to be the entertainment,nope just a card board cutout sitting pushing a button..Jamies answer is "We don't encourage people to come up on the dance floor, not our responsibility" I don't remember that in there sales pitch or that being there mantra..Even when people and even the bride her self would ask him to play certain songs he would just stare at you or say I don't know that one.. When we talked to Jamie next day he didn't care but did say he never received a complaint before.(I see 2 on yelp that are similar to mine).Finaly I know that Jammin Beats cant control evrything there farmed out DJ does but they could have standards and only choose the best DJ's they audition but based on what I experienced at my daughters $30,000 wedding at owera winery they dont audition they just send out anybody who's available. First off, they showed up late! Two- the DJ completely messed up the introductions (it was awful), they skipped a bridesmaid/groomsman pair and almost skipped the best man and maid of honor! And third, the DJ wasn't very nice. I found out that there were 2 versions of the song I chose for my first dance so I asked him at the venue if he could verify with me that he had the right version. He was really mean about it and wasn't going to do anything about it until I practically started to yell and finally he got his computer out and quietly played the song to make sure it was the right one (this was before the introductions and before he was DJing). Because of these things, it was really bad. Also, he kept bothering me through the night regarding the schedule even though we had gone over it prior to the events starting, so as I was having a good time with my friends, the DJ was pulling me off the dance floor because he forgot the schedule???? Basically I was most disappointed that he completely messed up the introductions (even though just 10 minutes before we went over the entire line up!!!!!!!). And he wasn't very nice.

After realizing the lights don't work, we told the person at the front and their response was "you…read moredon't really need them". My main issue is that the part of the floor was broken, looked like it just had a cut in it until you stepped on it. These machines are not getting checked upon return, nor are they getting repaired. They do not give you a harness or tether either, so your kind of on your own, and hope the POS hydronic system hold up. All around will never rent from them again.

I informed them of this and it was still rented by someone the very next day after I returned it. Just rented a backhoe loader. Brakes did not work at all. Hydrolic leaks , flat tire and I was told to leave the gas cap open to prevent vapor lock. Sounds pretty stupid but they did tell me that. My customer now has oil spots all over their brand new driveway and sidewalks. Never again will I rent from them.
