They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. Roger (the owner) often sounded frazzled on the phone, and was actually quite rude and raised his voice at me when I explained my displeasure with the services. I think this company is good if you just want basic treatment and aren't particular about anything. But, if you want anything out of the ordinary, don't expect to get it here.
