Took my Ford escape in to them to fix my transmission and had it for a couple of weeks then told me…read moreit was fixed and charged me all most $1500 and I only had it for a couple days and was having trouble with the transmission and took it back to them under there supposed guarantee and had it for almost 3 months and then told me that they couldn't fix the problem and turned around and charged me another $500 for doing nothing to fix it in order to get my car back. Tried to talk to the supposed Manager and he was a total joke and shouldn't be running a place like that. Now I will have to take them to small claims court and deal with all that headache in order to try and get my money back. In my opinion do not have any work done there or you want be happy.

I called for info on a repair for my 16 yr olds car, I'm literally just trying to get another year out of the car, not put a new transmission in. My mechanic who I trust but doesn't do transmission work told me what to ask for and the error code it was giving. I wanted a very rough, loose estimate to see if it was worth it. Mike, the owner, told me that if I didn't want to replace the transmission that he would suggest getting a new car. I asked if he could just give me an estimate for the part I was told to replace. He said no, that I wasn't the shop for him, and to have an amazing day and hung up on me. When I called back to see if he was the owner, etc and asked why he couldn't help me, explain to me, etc he was very condescending and said some people just don't want to hear what they don't like. I 100% understand that the customer is not always right, I understand that not every business wants every customer, I would have understood if he asked to look at it first to confirm the diagnostics, I would have been fine with paying for that service but to be so rude from the get go was shocking. I also understand that in looking for transmission work I am paying for their skill as it is a specialty that I don't have, I'm sure there are few enough of them to where they can be picky but to be rude and hateful when I'm just trying to understand so I can weigh options is uncalled for. For one they didn't even do everything like I asked when I set up the appointment and even told…read morethem that my passenger drum brakes needed to be checked to because of another mechanic potentially putting on my adjuster backwards. After I got my car and was actually able to test it out, my brakes went to the floor. I had another professional mechanic look at it and showed me that the side that they worked on, the adjuster was unadjusting itself. Which is also why my ebrake isn't working. So when I came back in to tell them, the dude at the front desk was being a d!ck about it and kept talking about other stuff that I didn't come in for. Then proceeds to tell me that the side they were supposed to look at that the tire wasn't on all the way.... When I literally told them that the passenger side needed to be looked at too, and then got smart and talked about they were professionals.... Obviously not since their guys put the adjuster on wrong on the back driver side.... All of this after paying them $375 to fix my brakes. So yeah they will NEVER get no business from me ever again. And I have been working on my own cars for 6 years without taking them to any shops until now because i never messed with drum brakes and I didn't have the time to actually sit down and learn about how to fix drum brakes, but I've always been surrounded by ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS my whole life, and I know when someone is trying to get over on somebody and I'm not that somebody. So I just took my car and just taking it somewhere else on Monday. Not to mention they also said that it was gonna only take a day to finish the car (which it was already in the bay when I had Triple A drop it off) which it didn't, and also stated that any other issues came up that they would call me.... They didn't until the car was done, and it was about my battery which I already knew because my car has been sitting since my minor accident back in December. And when I went to pick my car up this past Friday, the E brake was up for some reason, which I knew right then and there that they didn't really look at and fixed it like they were told to do.
