I was informed that I would have to wait 4 hours, because someone came on before me. It was 3 Charter Spectrum vans. I explained that I had an appointment, but they did not care. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I most certainly will not be coming back tomorrow or ever! The business model has online or over the phone appointment bookings. That is clearly how the business plan is set up. However, the workers do not honor that. It was more important to them to milk the cable company on a four hour break job than to keep a good name for their business. Clearly, there is no point in the appointment system. They did not value my time, so they will never get my money! The worker told me it was first come, first serve. That completely undermines the booking system! I will spend my money at places that value my time and honor their word!!!​

Yesterday around 4:45 he called me and asked what kind of car I had and I told him and asked how soon he could do it, He asked if I'd want to bring it to his house and said when. He said asap, I said I'll be there in 15 minutes. I pullled into his driveway and he had tools, a jack and a chair for me to sit on while he worked. He did it fast, checked under the hood, and showed me my battery needed to be replaced and he'd go with ne to get it. We went, he changed it and went back to his house and he checked it, alternator, etc., filled my resavoir with water and sprayed lube underneath where a bushing was squeaking. When I left there it felt like it was brand new and he even messaged me to make sure I got home ok. I will use him for anything that comes up as he's honest, reasonable, dedicated, through, does more than he has to or that's expected. He came over at 9 p.m. the first time I called him as my wife's AC "still wasn't working" after she paid another shop $400 to change the fan. It turns out she has a lot of stress with family members dying and just wasn't pushing the right buttons. He didn't want to take any money but I gave him some for his time. He could've ripped her off if he'd wanted to and she'd never known the difference. He's one in a million these days!

I'm a 26 year old girl and i am sometimes taken advantage of at mechanics, but bud didn't. He said he would charge 45 bucks to check out the car and then let me know what was wrong and an estimate. He called and turns out the awful noise was a simple fix with my heat shields around my exhaust. He only charged me the 45 bucks total because he just adjusted them/took rocks out. I can't guarantee your car stuff will be as easy of a fix.... but this showed me Bud's integrity, as I am a young, out-of-towner who knows nothing about cars... and he treated me fairly and with honesty.
