Came in to get a tire patched and my tires rotated before making a long trip. Dropped off my…read morevehicle in the morning and was told I would receive a call when it was done. Late afternoon still haven't heard anything so I reached out and they said it was ready. Drove over to pick it up and my truck is sitting in the parking lot with the windows rolled down for some reason... it was a pretty day so I didn't make fuss about it, but found it somewhat disrespectful as my personal belongings were not secured and open in a public parking lot. Went to pay for the work and was told I didn't owe anything - was not given an explanation and assumed it's bc I bought a set of tires there last year - got in my truck and drove off and then noticed that the PSI in my tires were all different... they passenger rear tire that was 10 psi higher than the driver side seemed to have been the one that was patched but that was a clear indication that they did not rotate my tires. Upon inspection, they not only did not rotate my tires but they didn't even put the caps back on my passenger side tires. While my tire that was plugged is still keeping air, this whole experience was a dumpster fire and a waste of my time - I was willing and wanted to pay for good service but was told to go "have a nice day", which now seeing all subpar work, meant they didn't feel like doing quality work on a Sunday bc it got in the way of their wake and bake and having a leisurely shift. Lost my trust and will not be going back.
