His space is clean and bright, plus he makes sure that he sanitizes in between customers. The reason why I like Jeffrey (the Brow Doc) is because he takes the time to listen to your concerns about your eyebrows and makes sure that they meet your standards. My eyebrows are very uneven, one brow is thicker than the other and the other has a different arch. I have to remind myself that they are sisters, not twins. He makes sure that they are as symmetrical as I want them to be. He uses wax and razor to clean and shape your eyebrows. Five stars for Browdoc. Now if only he was closer to Midtown, I'd always have perfect eyebrows.

She instantly became irritated and said "I just got here ". I replied "Okay did you need more time? I see the sign says open at 10 and you left the door open.." Then her attitude really turned up. "Ugh... what service do you even want??" as she scoffed.. I said "I would like a full set.." Then she just rolled her eyes and stared at me then started to do something else with no response to my question. So I just left.
