OMG! I had the best experience here! The service, the vibe, and the outcome was chef's kiss! I booked a full face of makeup for my friend's wedding. I was nervous because I was in town for the wedding, so I'd never patronized this location and their reviews seemed to focus on lashes...not make-up. However, I took a chance because the price was reasonable and I wanted to stay on the south side of the city (because who has time for Atlanta traffic on a Saturday during graduation season? Not me!). Y'all...I was very pleased with Tracy's work! She was super sweet! We talked through a few things, I showed her an inspo pic and she EXECUTED! This is generally where I come to get my lashes done. I generally come on Mondays when lashes are $99 instead of $110. the place is really clean. I actually like the fact that you have to have a mask or buy one. And that you have to wear shoe coverings, and you need to wash your hands before or at least use hand sanitizer before I'm laying down. The chair beds are super comfy. And so are there blankets and pillows. I've been to other places to get my lashes done And pink caviar is still the best. The technicians listen to my request. My 1st time getting my brows tinted. They said one price for tinting didn't include the waxing that you must have. Not a long wait and attendant was very professional. When she was done I looked horrible. They were too wide, too dark, and asymmetrical. I wanted to scream and cry. My six year old grandson laughed when he saw me. **Cassandra my eyebrows are noticeably not the same. Been coming here since November. Service is normally ok. I was somewhat satisfied up until I had to make a last minute cancellation due to an unforeseen situation which I explained. So now I will point out the face that I have never cancelled last minute or arrived late yet I get here and have to wait beyond my appointment time but that's fine with them as long as they make their money. I really wanted this to be my place but i am on the hunt again. First appointment I had no issues. My technician made me feel really comfortable and did a great job. I hate spreading my legs for Brazilian waxes and getting use to someone takes time so deciding not to go back to Pink Caviar was no easy feat, especially since they are 10 minutes from my house. On my second appointment, I forgot my mask and it was pouring outside - when I tell you pouring pouring. The reception said i can add a mask for you but its $5 - $5 for a 5 in a pack $3.99 mask? I felt like this was high way robbery. I was so perplexed, at that very moment i said, this will be my last time coming here and i am not tipping. Then i realized not tipping effects the technician who is not making the rules or setting price for mask. So i left her a tip and have not been back since. I get it your trying to make sure folks bring their mask but charging $5 for a paper throw away mask is madness. Uline sells the same mask $7 for 50 and the more you purchase the less it cost. I've had my lashes lifted twice here and my eyebrows tinted on two separate occasions. Each time I've made an appointment online, only for the business to change my appointment to a different time, up to 30 minutes earlier or later. I'm not sure what the point of an online scheduler app is they are always going to change the time. Once you get there you must wear booties inside, wear a mask, take your temperature, sign yourself in on the iPad and on paper, but only after using hand sanitizer. Then you must go to the back and wash your hands. It is only then you will be treated. Although whomever is performing my service is never ready for me when I'm on time. The service has been mostly acceptable but I'm finished with all the hoops I have to jump through now long after COVID has ended. read more

I appreciate how clean and relaxing this spa is, and how they take measures to be extra sanitary. I've never been disappointed in their lash extensions, everyone does a great job. The lash lift is different though and I didn't get the results I was hoping for. I still tipped 20% because I know she tried her best and I have very straight lashes, so I understand that they're not always easy to work with. From the moment you walk in the door there are safety measures in place to protect your health which made me feel really good about the cleanliness of the establishment. My birthday is Monday and I had the nerve to try to walk-in on a Friday with no clue about lashes. Everyone was so nice, professional, and INFORMATIVE. I get Luxury lashes done here every 2 weeks and love my service. I have been to several of the ladies and have no complaints but Jay is my favorite because she is a perfectionist like me and is one that teaches the classes there. Cassie, the owner is on it , and makes sure things run smoothly and does her best to get people in early if appointments finish early or cancel and works hard to accommodate the waiting list. They all did an amazing job to reopen safely with COVID restrictions. Word of advice , book several appointments in advance!! But be fair to your technician and others, keep them! The space is clean and I loved my technicians. I had been going to this business for over a year. The day of my last appointment I developed pink eye which is highly contagious. I called the spa to let them know and they said I still had to pay $67 despite the circumstances for a same day cancellation. I said I would come in then. The person on the phone said no. But I still had to provide a doctor's note to get the fee refunded. Having had pink eye before I already have eye drops at home. Still, I did my due diligence and went to my provider and had her confirm its pink eye and she sent a new prescription as my copay was still less than the $67. Did that, sent them the note from my office. Then they tell me they have to call and verify I was seen. Fast forward and they tell me they can't verify I was seen. My provider now has to email them that I was seen. At this point I was upset. I'm jumping through hoops for an eyebrow appointment after trying to do the right thing by not coming and infecting people. They finally agreed to refund me "one" time and every other time I need to pay a deposit up front. I won't be going back because it's ridiculous that they can't allow for us to be human with unpredictable circumstances. read more

I truly appreciated their health precautions and check in process set in place. Pink caviar is so unprofessional, my friend had an appointment for free lashes to model, and two of my friends and I went with her because we were interested in getting our lashes done there and wanted to see the salon, but the owner said to her "you didn't get my DM?" and then asked her "you had to bring all them people with you? Did you see the sign? We don't allow entourages " I informed her that I was trying to see if I wanted to do business with her company" and I walked out. When my friend returned to the car she said that the woman didn't even DM her nor did she apologize for not informing her of the cancellation. So she and I went back into the salon to request a reschedule, and the owner said "we don't do reschedules, anyway it was free so..." then she told us that we can "exit up outta here" yes it was free but you should still respect the fact that a person uses their gas and time to get to their appointment and you don't even have the decency to inform them because "anyway it was free" This salon is beautiful and also their work is beautiful but they do not care about the customers and they do not know how to run a business take your money elsewhere! My friend drove herself I wasn't complaining about my gas, I was stating that she wasted her gas, and asking you if you could reschedule her since she wasted her time. 2. Fabulous place, decor is super cute, the chairs are comfortable. Lots of services offered here, but the most popular I believe is the mink lashes. I saw the sign for them and I just HAD to have them. I've gotten both my lashes and brows done so far and I love the ambiance here. Everything is so luxurious, unlike the nail salon where they tell you to go lay on a table with a used paper towel on the chair and they rip your brows out as quickly as possible... not the case here! Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a modeling service for today and I HAD TO DRIVE 30 minutes. When I arrived with 3 other friends who were going to look at their services I was instantly told by the owner "you had to bring all them?" and then proceeded to tell me that she had texted to let me know the technician had called out. When I showed her she hadn't sent a text she didn't apologize. I understand that it was a free service but she didn't contact to let me know that it was cancelled and i did have to use my gas money. When my friend and I decided to return to ask for a reschedule and ask why she was so disrespectful she proceeded to tell us that what we could do was "get up out of her business". I do not plan on returning as she clearly doesn't care for her costumers. Had she apologized from the beginning for her miscommunication this could've been avoided. There is a video recording to prove how disrespectful she was. The complaint was not because I did not get a FREE service. I have been there before and paid for my services because I liked the work. I brought my friends in so they could see how it looked and the quality of the service. The last time I came I brought someone in with me and wasn't told anything. They were only quickly going in to look and were planning to leave and wait in the car which they did after you told us about the No Entourage Policy. just now Please monitor your Credit/Debit card numbers with this company. I made my appointment 3 weeks out. During that 3 weeks my father became ill, was hospitalized and I had to take him off life support. I was at my father's wake when I received a text about my appointment naturally I wasn't iing the mindset to respond. Later, that evening when I had time I clicked the link to cancel my appointment. The link advised to contact them directly my request could not be completed. I contacted them the next morning to cancel. I told them I'd tried canceling via the link. I was told I should have called in. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule I declined that was it. I then received two emails one saying I'd cancelled the other saying I was being charged $35 cancellation fee for cancelling within 24 hrs. I found that odd because I'd never authorized them to keep my payment information on file. I called back and asked when I had made such authorization. I was informed whenever you book with them they store your card info period. The kicker to this is they send your "appointment reminder" precisely at the 24 hr mark. Once the reminder comes in and you need to reschedule or cancel you will be automatically charged because you are now in that window. I feel like that's an unfair practice there should be two reminders sent one at 48 hrs to ensure customers have a fair window of cancellation. And, a second at 25 hours advising they must cancel now or be subject to the fee. I would have respected it more if when I called I would have been advised up front instead of afterwards via email. I went to this business specifically so I could spend my money with a black owned company. I had been there 3 (eyebrows, lashes and lash fill) times until this happened. They are losing a loyal and faithful customer. read more
