The focus here seems to be on more upscale products, e.g. there is a large selection of specialty soy sauces that are packaged like rare whiskys, and priced accordingly. I didn't dip into those (yet), but the salmon sushi was really good (for pre-packaged lunch sushi), as was the onigiri. Lots of different kinds of teas, including good selections of both Ito En and Harney & Sons. And lots of interesting sauces too, plus a good selection of frozen foods (and hotpot ingredients). They have a good variety of smoked fish and ikra, along with a large selection of sausages and meats. Salo! Often they sell a fun variety of pickles like tomatoes, apples, or mushrooms. My kids grew up with their cookies and ice cream. I recommend a slow browse, checking out each shelf.
