Before we could schedule an appointment with Dr. Kisch, we had to see one of their counselors. No one was set up to take private insurance, and as result ended up having to pay over 200 dollars out of pocket. Another problematic thing is that some of the staff can be less than accommodating, and even borderline passive aggressive. Psychiatric patients are under enough stress as it is, they don't need more when going for help! The chairs in the waiting area can also be very uncomfortable.
