I called another day, and the same thing. I let a couple of days go by, same thing. I let another week go by, I'm so sorry that no one has contacted you back, but let me get your information and when they get here with the code, I will give you a call. No call back. Another week passed by, hoping I would get a call, nothing. Here we are today; I called, and the representative told me the same thing. Mario is not available, when he gets here, I will have him call you. After a month of the same excuse, I doubt I will get a call back. Ridiculous. Time consuming. Inconsiderate individuals.

Horrible customer service, liars, and horrible at what they do. I mean this in every sense of the…read moreway. They will make errors and never admit to it, let policies fall through the cracks, and lie to customers just to keep their business. "Now Hiring" - they always are, BUT If you want a job there, think again, you won't last because the agent is the shadiest person you will ever meet, he will find any reason not to pay you what is owed; he will tell you he is paying you hourly and when you notice he hasn't paid you all the hours that you have worked, he will tell you its salary, not hourly, when he pays his employees twice a month, he only pays you 80 hours, even though you have worked 88-96 hours within those 11/12 days in that pay period, then if you confront him, he will lie about it and find excuses for himself. That agent has been under review for not paying his employees, even though you hit your goals, he will find a way for you not to get paid your commissions on sales. Also, He doesn't let you take time off without penalizing you, or finding a motive to fire you and say you quit. Maternity leave? Look for a job while you are out because you wont have a job when you come back. A death or illness in the family? the moment you notify them of anything, they will let you go the next day, WITHOUT your knowledge, they simply DO NOT CARE. If you want State Farm, quality insurance, do not go to that office/agency, you will live to regret it. I know several customers who ended up paying hundreds of dollars months after they began their policies because somehow their payment wasn't applied to the account to begin with, and they were dumb enough to pay cash and that money was no where to be found, so for those who don't read between the lines, their money was stolen by who knows who! Oh by the way that first review by Stephanie M. is the wife of the agent, who also works there, so it shouldn't count! Ha-ha!
