I redirected them to my parents who had offered to pay it for me. When talking with my parents they DOUBLED the rate saying "Oh we didnt know he lived in Houston so now its more." Been living in Houston for at least 5 years before that. Then they told my mom (who wanted to call me) that if they don't pay right then the "rates might go up".
