Here is our story: In January 2021, when we decided to sell our house and buy a new one, my wife and I knew that our first call had to be to Aaron. We knew that the challenges would be substantial: We lived in a beautiful, but unique and completely unconventional home that borders a relatively dicey part of town, so selling it involved some real challenges. Aaron talked us through each of the many stages of getting our home ready to list. He patiently answered all our many questions. He helped us figure out which maintenance and touch-ups to do and which to skip. His stager did an unbelievable job, as did his photographer. The way he marketed our home, including writing the perfect description for the listing, created an overwhelming response.
