Not only was Danielle incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding, she had a driver on the way in less than 10 minutes! Needless to say, we made the appointment, with time to spare, all thanks to NYC Wheelchair!! When he was done, we just had to call the number back and they sent our driver right away! It was so simple and stress free! Both myself and my father were absolutely amazed with the impeccable customer service, the speed at which they came to the rescue, the friendliness and compassion of the staff, and a pleasant experience overall! They provided a smaller vehicle than I paid for and refuse to refund the difference because I still used the service. Their driver's vehicle also had zero suspension and every light on his dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree...which eventually caused the vehicle to bottom out and broke the legs on my husband's wheelchair. They won't even acknowledge this in the small amount of correspondence I get. I will be filing a complaint with the TLC. No one should ever use this despicable excuse for a service.
