The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. This vehicle was not in any emergency with no lights, etc., and seemed unaware of his surroundings (not moving on green light, for example). Then as it follows a vehicle in front of it, decides to stop in the middle of a long block. I'm thinking it's for some reason like a turn, but it stopped because it seemed to be letting a car that was pulling out of a luxury building driveway wanting to make a left onto the other side of traffic. The only thing is that there's traffic coming from the other side so the driveway car knows it can't make the left so waves the medical vehicle to go. The medical vehicle wouldn't move until we all waited for the other side traffic to finish which was a while. Then the medical vehicle continues driving forward. If this is how they drive, I'd be wary how they drive during emergencies. I tried calling the phone number on the vehicle, but it didn't sound like a business number with the automated answering message so I didn't get to report this, but the vehicle # is 109 and license 0A-9758 driven today.

The service is chronically late, especially if picking up from a doctor to get you home. My typical…read morewaits over the last 15 months have been anywhere from a half hour to two hours and, according to some of the drivers, 2 and a half to 3 hour delays are not atypical. (I should feel lucky?) When I'm leaving a retinologist, practically blind in both eyes, in a wheelchair, it's not like I can walk down to the roadside and flag down a taxi. I've heard from drivers, not wanting to be blamed for the delay, that they were assigned my pick up 10 minutes before schedule --when they were a half hour to 40 minutes away from my location. My opinion of the company, based on my experiences, is that it is poorly run and has dispatchers who have no idea how to properly provide for their customer's needs. It's a shame because the drivers themselves are quite courteous and apologetic for Aero's shortcomings. I feel sorry them.
