With sympathy to the chiropractor and massage therapists, we have paid them out of pocket. Liberty Mutual insists that they pay 'reasonable costs' which they insist is 1/2 of actual bills. WE ALREADY PAID THE CHIRO & MSG BILLS AS THEY DO NOT NEGOTIATE! Let me ask anyone reading this... if your car was rear ended and pushed 150' down the road from a dead stop, lost work for weeks due to extensive pain and bruising to legs, knees and jarring of your seatbelted body, and additionally enduring the pain and comfort... does less than $6k sound fair to you and additionally getting stiffed for $1200 unreimbursed bills? ...AND THE CAR~ we got 2/3 of the value of the car. They 'only work off local comps' and adjust to achieve the value they place on the car. We loved the immaculate car and found three that were similar- FL, CA & PA. Should have gotten $4-$6k more. Well I thought that was what insurance is for to protect ones belongings and insure that when damaged by Mother Nature it would be covered. Like a tree on a house or vehicle. So they took upon themselves to open a claim, raise my home owners policy up over $485.00 more during the beginning of the year. Now as to September came, they arose it again another $485.00 to were there's no pool nor gazebo on the property, Along with my insurance on my vehicle went up and actual $8.00 dollars more. So 63 years of age, retired and charging me high prices. I search around and found a better deal. So glad they decided to open a claim, didn't pay out a penny, and raised my premium substantially. I attempted to cancel my policy via website Sept 5 called on the 6th, 7th, and 11th and the policy still stands as active on their website. I also sent two different emails out two different individuals. I was told I would receive a document to cancel the policy which never came which is fine you can omit it as I have told you now a dozen times you no longer have consent to withdrawal funds from any of my accounts.
