I have been in business with Mr Reeves since moving to Texas over three years ago. And while three years isn't all that long, i do believe I've shown some loyalty as a customer. I've never been late on a payment, as i opted for automatic payments to receive the discount. Several times now I've been shocked by the amount debited to my account. When i call this office for an explanation there is always something such as "a multiple car discount was removed from your account" (which i haven't had multiple cars on my account for over two years, and this excuse has been used twice already when payments jumped drastically) or there's been an adjustment to your premium due to this reason or another. I've never been given a heads up there will be higher payments. I've been told several times that an initial higher payment was taken out, but the next few will be lower, only to be surprised again the following month. The only reason i haven't changed insurance companies yet is because i have enjoyed the coverage and i hate changing companies, as i prefer a long-standing business relationship. Unfortunately, Mr. Reeves seems to not care about this at all and offers no help and no understanding how some people live on a budget despite multiple attempts and pleas to have him provide a more stable payment routine. I am extremely disappointed with this business and it is not at all what i knew of state farm businesses in previous states I've lived in. read more

I have gone to Aaron Reeves for my insurance needs for about 10 years now. They have always been super considerate and helpful through all the ups and downs life has thrown my way. My most recent experience is a prime example. I just bought a new/used boat and needed to put it in storage. Having just purchased the boat, I hadn't yet got coverage for it and didn't realize that most facilities require coverage to store it. Well, this was 15 minutes till close. I called the agency and explained my situation, Karen was super helpful and stayed almost an hour late to get a new policy lined up for me. Due to her above and beyond service, I was able to get it covered and in storage before the facility closed. Top notch. There's no way around it, if you own a car or a home it's a requirement. State Farm is a huge company like all of the other insurance companies out there but dealing with a local office that truly cares about the customer makes all the difference. You will pay the same price to work with a company that has no personalized service, where everything is communicated through a one 800 number. State Farm depleted my escrow account which caused a negative escrow balance in my account. My mortgage company is reviewing my escrow account to increase my monthly mortgage payment to cover the deficit. State Farm blamed my mortgage company for paying a third invoice that State Farm should never have billed. Mortgage company blamed State Farm for sending a third bill that the mortgage company paid. State Farm sent a fourth invoice for the same policy and is billing $5,396.00 for a premium that the declaration page reflects a premium of $1,894.00. ($1,649.00, $245.00, $1,894.00, $1,608.00) It doesn't bother State Farm that I now have to spend my time trying to recoup this duplicate payment or that their actions caused problems between me and my mortgage company or that my mortgage payment will increase for the next year. In order to stop future outgoing payments to State Farm I have to cancel my policies. This is the second State Farm office that has caused problems for me. State Farm does not take responsibility for its actions, the actions of its employees and neither does my mortgage company. I will never recommend State Farm nor my mortgage company for any business. Their agents are only there part-time. Each office will only let you speak to the person who initially took your business. When there is a problem and you can't reach your agent, you also cannot get any assistance from State Farm Corporation (855-733-7333) because corporate customer service employees have no access to your account. read more
