After…read more8 years of service, I have had a stolen property claim go unresolved for over a year, had an auto repair done at a 'quality assured body shop' that resulted in cheap repair work that rusted out and required signigicant out of pocket expense. The agency has claimed even after sending me a recent quality assurance document that they do not make claims to te body shops that they 'require' you use. Any time I have called the office to speak to an agent they do not know the history of claims nor services I have paid for. I was over-charged for 4+ years after my auto premium should have been reduced when I turned 35. I would recommend steering clear of this agency, unless you want an agent that will innundate you with paperwork, bureaucracy, and will try to regularly sell you life insurance.

She ended up losing most of my business because her pricing was not competitive (and service certainly didn't make up the shortfall), and ended up seemingly resentful that she has lost much of my business. I got so fed up with the condescending arrogant attitude I transferred to a new agent who has delivered exceptional care and renewed my faith in State Farm. My new agent is so on the ball, and has earned much more of my business as a result of her excellent customer care and expert knowledge of State Farm products so severely lacking at the Haub office. Unfortunately I can think of no reason to ever use the Susan Haub insurance office. But it should be noted that State Farm do have an excellent suite of products and services that I have very much enjoyed; I'd just pick a better agent.
