I've only been to two smog station and this one was a way better experience than my last one! Arron is a cool dude and very polite and cool to talk to he even gave me a bottled water without even asking for it. The last station I went to the guy barley made eye contact when I talked to him and asked him questions as if he was just trying to rush me out of there even tho I was the only car there. Horrible experience. I browsed for a good low price smog place and came to find this one. With the yelp ad you're supposed to get 10% off. So I called prior to me visiting the place asked for prices the guy told me . 50 for the regular smog and 60 the star. I said that's fine but would you also be able to honor the 10 percent since I only need the regular smog, he said yes. I stopped by a few hours later to get my smog done. Soon as I arrived the it said the smog is going to be 60 so I told him I called earlier they told me it'll be 50 for regular smog and 60 the star so he responded oh okay for you I'll leave it for 50 this time. Which was odd cause thats not a discount that's he original price they told me over the phone. So then I also mentioned the 10 percent since his prices had changed so I'd figured I'd asked. And sure enough he didn't want to honor the yelp discount he said it's already too much off. When in reality there was no discount. He then started being a bit rude saying it's old and to let him see the as so I did and he said no I can't do it to go to another smog place hats cheaper down the street which made no sense. I was mad mainly disappointed cause of the drive I just did and for the bad customer service I had just received and didn't honor his own words. I didn't want to do nothing due to the fact that I was with my daughter and sister. I simply told him remove the ad if your doing false advertisement. People don't fall for the "10 percent" it's literally the regular smog for original price. It all started off wrong he didn't bother telling me prices in person that just makes me think of it was any individual that's didn't do research on the place he would've got charged 60 for a simple smog. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I ended going to a place called DT smog star. He charges 50 for the regular and star smog plus a 5 dollar discount if u mention you came across the shop their yelp. The work was done in less then 10 minutes. Since the guy from Aaron smog told em go somewhere else that's charged the same as them ima give you guys a a heads up on a better place DT Smog star check them out you won't regret it. read more

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the honesty this man provides. I asked for a pretest and Aaron said let me check it for you. He checked for what I assume the basics of what a vehicle needs to have in order to pass. He checked under the hood , he ran his machine and got under the car to make sure everything looked good . Something that no other smog place I been to has done. They just throw your car and run the test not caring if it passes or not because they will still charge you. NOT this place. If you don't pass you don't pay. But luckily that wasn't the case for me. On top of his great service he throws in a $10 discount and yes a water too which makes this place that much greater. To get that discount make sure you mention yelp. So the total for my visit today was only $50 I couldn't be more content , since I was expecting to pay around $20-25 for a pretest and on top of that for the actual one that other places charge at least $60 . The service is outstanding. It took about 15 min to get my smog checkand I got a water bottle while waiting which is so perfect in this heat. I had my support animal with me and the person in charge went out of his way to get My dog water. It was really thoughtful. I can't recommend this place more.
