Went at 0745. The guy at the desk was welcoming even though it officially opens at 0800. I was there probably less than 10 minutes. Fast. I have SUV. Cost was $70. Busy surrounding area but parking was not a problem. It's connected to shell gas station. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. It was so easy. read more

I got my smog checked here on Monday. I was in and out of there in 8min. He was about to take his lunch break but was kind enough to wait for me after I called in to confirm their website's special offer (they did) and if he would be able to take me in as I was 10min away from their location. The shop was clean with a nice wait room and he made sure I went home with a bottle of water :) so extremely kind. read more

It's a little confusing as to where it is because of the sign placements outside, but once you see that it's at the gas station, you're there. Will return for my next one! read more

I came in fairly late to their operating hours, and they were still willing to give my car the needed smog check in record time compared to other places I've used. The waiting area is nice and clean with water and interesting Asian candies (pictured) to try. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

For starters, there was no wait and no appointment needed. Jason was awesome. The smog service was quick as well. He was very friendly and worked quickly. As a woman, I am sometimes worried about going to car repair places or any dealing with vehicles thinking that mechanics may charge more or take advantage but this was the complete opposite. He also send the info to the DMV for you (if needed). The best part aside from the excellent service was THE PRICE. NO ONE is going to beat his price. Thank you soo much. Service was incredibly quick, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. There was no guessing as to how much it would be. The coupon clearly stated the price, and they upheld the discount.
