Aaron saved our mom from getting locked out when her keypad battery suddenly died. Unlike the previous locksmith we used, Aaron answers his phone after 5pm! He showed up within 30 minutes and got the keypad fixed within minutes. He came prepared to replace the door lock if needed but because I was able to provide a photo of the door lock and its manual with original coding, Aaron was able to quickly reset the lock. So remember to take a photo of the door lock, manual cover, and coding (if any) when you install a new lock.
