Mohamed was a lifesaver to me. He is super professional and helpful and responsive. I had a rental car at the house with my purse in the car. Inside the purse was my house keys. And phone. I never locked my purse in the car. The only thing I could figure is touching the passenger side door handle locked it. In our vehicle, it beeps loudly if it senses the fab is in the car. My perception is the rental car, a 2025 model, has a malfunctioning remote. How could your vehicle allow your vehicle to be locked . . . when it knows your purse with keys are on the passenger side of the front door? Since my phone was in the purse side sleeve, I was not able to call for a locksmith. I was able to reach MASTER LOCKSMITH BY EMAIL through YELP project. He responded SUPER FAST and said he would leave and be there in 40 minutes. We emailed back and forth a few times and was elated to see him arrive around 8:30pm on a Weekend Friday night.
