As my fridge quit working suddenly and I needed one immediately, I went with a delivery date of two days later between 4-8, After leaving my son's soccer game early to make sure I arrive for delivery I wait. At about 630 I receive a call informing me my time has been pushed back to 7-9. Fine. No problem. At 910 with prior commitments awaiting I call the number that had called me. After a ten minute hold I find out my delivery is now being set for a whole other day, 2 days away with a time frame of 12 hours. So I pay for a service that is no longer of any benefit to me and my choosing of the product because of its quick delivery time feame has now become a nuisance. I can honestly say the poor way this is being ran, overbooking and the inability to account for people's jobs and time, I will find another store for my major appliances in the future. I've been a long time customer with Lowe's, purchasing my washer and dryer, and a lot of my household remodel stuff from here but that will no longer be the case. While the amount of money I spend may not be significant to some companies I will ensure in the future I find one that does value my money, my time, my business andy loyalty.

I was informed because I didn't call them when the technician the reason I was overcharged and they would have the technician back out to me however that was not told to me when I'm originally made the call I was told to pay the technician with a card and it would be cheaper paying with cash than if I pay with cash. no one ever once said that I needed to pay the personal over the phone or call when a technician arrived. When he left, the faucet was still leaking and when you turned the water on, water spilled from the pipes. There are fist size holes in the hardware floor and you can clearly see into the basement. A pedestal sink isn't supposed to show any pipes, well he clearly didn't know that, cause all you see now is pipes. This guy is a rip off, he basically told us how to rip the home warranty company off. We've been trying to contact him, but he won't answer calls or return calls. My husband finally fixed it himself for $11.00 and Doughty took $100 deductible from is and over $600 from the home warranty company and it was an $11.00 fix. They were contracted to me from American Home Shield to install a new AC Unit. They never showed…read moreup when they were supposed to and continued to change appointment times. It took them two weeks from the time our unit was approved to come and install it. We had no heat for 2 weeks. Thank goodness I work from home or else I would have been fired from my job. They would give me a timeframe and either not come at all or finally show up 4-5 hours AFTER their original window of time. They were full of excuses. They installed the unit and we went outside to look at the work and it was the sloppiest work I have ever seen all the way down to the caulking. We ended up having a local reputable company come and inspect it and there are several things not even up to code on it!! We are now trying to work with AHS to get it fixed. The contractor has been contacted and won't respond to AHS or us to come out. They also charged us $1,400 and we don't have a shred of paperwork to show what was done. I would never recommend them and would rather pay out of pocket to have it done right. Worst service ever!
