I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here. I told the woman who greeted us that I was completely…read moreexasperated from shopping all over for sofas- whether the wrong size configurations for us, too shallow cushion sizes, colors, etc. While I am the first to dislike the typical hard sell salesperson, in this scenario...my stating that I was completing overwhelmed, I should have been helped through the entire custom process, not told to look at the signs on the displays to figure out if my desired configuration was doable. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that's the salespersons job, I don't want to decipher tiny charts The saleswoman showed us a few options around the store at first - but then told us to go look at the enormous wall of fabrics by ourselves. While over by the wall of fabrics, a man who I believe was the owner, walked right by us and smiled, but never asked if we could use help or anything. That was it for me. Hundreds of fabrics- my head was ready to explode-so we walked out couchless & even more disappointed The woman who greeted us originally was busy decorating a Christmas tree at the front door- maybe that's why she couldn't devote the time to really guide us, yet we were the only customers in the store. I think it was a missed opportunity. We probably would have made a $4-$5,000 purchase. ‍

Unfortunately, we had to ask for a refund which was entirely our fault because we realized we would compromise too much walkable space for the couch but they refunded us easily without any complications or penalties. We will definitely be there again when we have a better grasp of our space but loved the experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture.

But isn't that the fun part? HomeSense has become the stop we make before going to the movies. It's where my friend and I can catch up while we shop for pointless things that we don't need for our home, but we help each other rationalize it anyway before we have to sit in silence and pay attention. This is what a mom's night out is and we love it. This visit did not disappoint, as my friend picked up outdoor pillows for her house and I got us movie snacks. You could get lost in the store. I almost walked away with a $30 Kate Spade toaster, but knew it probably would've ended in divorce because who has a space for that. Either way I look forward to these trips, not only to catch up with my friend who I don't get to see very often, but I usually find something for a great value here. Don't sleep on the store.
