This is the second review I have ever left for any company in my 30 years in business as an Electrical Contractor / Integrator on Long Island, the very same place where this company works out of. For others to understand, if you are a registered dealer with the PANOR COMPANY and purchase under the wholesale portal you have no rights to call customer service on any given day. They WILL NOT HELP YOU. My order is still in limbo from last week, November 2024. At this point I am not interested in fixing it. I will get my refund and run to a company that deserves our business.

I am going to incorporate a few of the wifi controlled ceiling lights in my next home. At the show the color was programmed to a beautiful blue color. Salespeople were informative, not pushy. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. I will definitely put some solar panels on the house. He's the kind of guy that you would keep. can't wait to see the pendant light!
