I bought a refrigerator a little over a month ago and it has not worked from day one it freezes everything I continuously put the temperature up and up and up but that did not fix it. The repair company said they would be out last Thursday before 2 o'clock as I had to leave for a flight by 3 PM. They called at 2 o'clock said they were on their way which was obviously too late. I gave him all the model information and everything he needed so he could "order parts" he came Monday was supposed to be back on Wednesday to repair and of course we heard nothing Thursday heard nothing I finally called them and it seems that they aren't available to come out for another week so not only do they sell garbage but they continuously lie to you as they own both companies! Pretty bad when none of your own employee tells the customer that you sell garbage. So instead of doing what's right and getting someone out immediately they've only offered to refund my money which obviously doesn't help the situation I'm in at all!! So my biggest mistake was not to look at the reviews prior to going there. Loved the patience they had with me. They gave me the part number, I ordered the part on their website (Great value), 2 days later and the part was at my door (Really fast delivery.)
