I called them and was told they will not warranty the repair past 30 days. The employee Josh was very rude and condescending, telling me whoever is doing the laundry is overloading the machine. I am 57, I know how to wash clothes. When I asked to talk to Tim, who I thought was the manager but apparently is the owner, he said I wouldn't like to hear what he had to say, he would be even ruder. I would never recommend this company to fix any product.
