After just a couple months after the 1 year warranty ran out, the seams satrted to fray. I contacted the sales woman, Dawn, but she informed me the 1 year warranty was passed and I would have to contact Lane but she didn't have a number to call them. I got the number off of the internet and called. I was told only the working parts are fully guaranteed for the life of the furniture. I could get it recovered for another $1000.00. I now have a working piece of furniture that looks like a piece of crap.
