On a recent trip to purchase a kitchen sink & installation, one single clerk (new to the department) was busy with another customer for more than 10 minutes, and the front desk had three red-vested persons helping a single customer -- apparently not interested in the rest of the line. We stood around for 10 minutes and nobody appeared so finally we asked another employee to please find somebody and a woman appeared to help us. We ordering the appliance and paid for delivery and installation. The delivery people brought the wrong dryer drove away and two hours later called me to tell me that it was the wrong dryer. They came back, switched dryers and would not install it properly. It is the last appliance I buy at Lowe's!
