We recently had granite counter tops installed by Kohlepp's, and we couldn't be happier. What a…read moreprofessional company! From the moment we walked in, the staff was accommodating. They provided samples for us to take home to view in our kitchen, and after we decided on the stone, they showed us large slabs so that we could see the variations that were likely, and they took us into their cutting room so that we could see some counters that were already cut to ensure that we liked the pattern. A professional came to our residence to measure the space with an electronic device, which took under 20 minutes, and he gave us advice on the type of edging to choose. Kohlepp's then sent us a template by email so that we could review it and approve it. Once the stone was in, they had us come to the store to look at it and choose any areas that we wanted to avoid (variations in the stone that we didn't like) so that they could minimize the exposure. They also sent us photos of what the counter would look like before they actually cut it. Installation was done very professionally. Everything was done in a timely manner, and every person associated with the company was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Also, the pricing was very competitive. This is one of the best contracting experiences we've had. I would highly recommend using this company for custom counter tops.

Zach is such a great person and updated my kitchen to a WOW kitchen! The issues he had to deal with were not a burden to him...he always found a way around to make sure everything worked...EVEN going above and beyond what I contracted him to do! Zach and his team worked within my budget, showed up every day, did perfect work, had incredible patience and transformed my kitchen (Flooring, edging, on top of cabinets. It was clearly marked $9.99 on the rack. With the proper description. So it rang up at $11.49. I asked the cashier to fix it and she said "are you sure you read it right?" SERIOUSLY?? She made excuses the whole way back to that department about why the price could have been wrong. The whole visit was rather disappointing. They were almost completely out of stock of everything for small animals, some of the aisles had boxes in the way, and the cashier was rather rude. Not impressed. This store has been in a major decline in the past year or so. If you can get your stuff somewhere else, like Amazon, I recommend doing so.
