Avoid game room at all costs. 1/2 the games don't work, are missing pieces (air hockey didn't have a puck, balls missing, etc.) and tickets don't record on cards. Nothing more aggravating to young kids the watching them win 1000 tickets in a jackpot at they start to cry because they can't get get more than a pack of gum. read more

I have called your establishment so many times asking about open lanes open bowling what the wait is and so on and so forth tonight we get there at 6:30 to stand in line so that we could get a lane after the tournaments and I get to the counter and was asked by the gentleman do I have a reservation?? A reservation, what?! never ever ever in all of the times calling there and being there has anyone mentioned reservations! Yor website says it though right, oh NO it doesnt! Some lady friends and I came here on a Sunday afternoon on the first warm day this Spring to do some mini golfing. My friend had purchased a Groupon so the entire ordeal was pretty cheap. We only mini-golfed as an activity, so this is what my review will be based on. The mini-golf course stinks. I couldn't stand playing on this course. All of the holes were more-or-less the same. There were no cool contraptions like a ball-eating alligator (props to Cool Crest), no tunnels, or castles. Nothing but a simple green course to hit the ball on. My biggest problem was that there are these nasty ponds on the middle of the grounds. Every hole has a path that leads straight into the germ-infested ponds. There were even openings in the rock barriers that led straight into those darn ponds. It's like they set up the course so that your destined to that your ball into the ponds ATLEAST 10 times. You will spend the entire afternoon fishing your ball out of water. I really don't get it. The snack-counter guy was nice when we asked for 5 waters. Perhaps their bowling is fun? I also saw some sand volleyball courts. But that mini-golf course drove me crazy,. read more

Came here for a tourney. Seems fairly clean. The snack bar was very friendly, the rest of the staff was just kind of there. My biggest complaint would be that their bar area is kind of open to the rest of the facility so if you are at the higher numbered lanes you can really smell the smoke. They do have a nifty side lounge bowling area. Didn't bowl in it but looked like a neat place to have a get together. read more

Over all just an ok experience. Enjoyable time with with family and friends, but the staff member got all of our games messed up. One group had four games and the other only had two so it didn't even out and they didn't care to fix their problem. Also, if you are not a smoker this is not the place for you. If you are, then you are in absolute heaven. It smelled stale and gross, everyone smelled terrible after leaving. Overall the food was greasy (a requirement for bowling alley food in my book), the bowling was fun and the staff were pretty solid. But, here's what the whole review comes down to: Do you smoke? If you do, this is probably the place for you. As no-smoking laws wash over the KC area, Belton is one of the few hold-outs where one can still enjoy a cigarette. If, however, you are like myself, someone who can;t stand cigarette smoke, then this is not the place for you. Let me be fair and say that there was no presence of a cloud of smoke hovering over our heads like other bowling alleys to which I've been. It's certainly not as bad as all that. Not a hit & miss but nothing to rave about. Kinda dull... a few good memories from my old high school days (this place has been there forever) but it seems like its starting to go down hill a little bit as far as entertainment. Nothing special, its just a bowling alley. Has the typical bowling alley food (fries, burgers, pizza, mozzarella sticks, etc.). Good place to go if you wanna bowl in peace. Can not possibly recommend the mini-golf course to anyone until some things are corrected. 1) flag pins are old, and when you pull them out to putt....you get a hand full of fibreglass....many tears and hurts from the grandsons. You can see the fibreglass splinters on the poles. Told the worker there...he said he agreed, but owner needed to know...so told worker at the desk...hope its corrected or many people are going to experience the pain of fiberglass splinters (simply OLD weathered pins). 2) ponds (water hazzards) are filthy and I'm sure germ infested. You cannot help but get your ball in the water, so all players are exposed to nasty germs that could lead to ???? 3) was very hard to find someone that really acted like they cared. (No pride shown or that they really gave a damn) This could be a neat place...but right now minature golf should not be played by anyone because of fibreglass and filthy water-germ infested. Run fast and spend your money on a well kept facility. read more

My son and his girlfriend had a date night planned...dinner and bowling at Aaron's. To make sure that nothing was going on there tonight and there would be open bowling, they called this morning. They were told there would be open bowling all night. Fast forward...They arrive only to find out they had a private fund raiser going on and NO OPEN BOWLING FOR THE NIGHT. So at 8:15 on a Saturday they had to regroup and go to a non existent plan B. They were very disappointed and felt they had been badly misinformed. I do not recommend this bowling alley for any serious bowlers. I bowl here because I really have no other options but the approaches are total shit because they don't don't even so much as sweep them. But the worst part is the horrible attitude that all of the front counter employees have, they are rude to customers and they act like their incredibly easy job is actually difficult in any way. So if you expect good customer service or good lane conditions I wouldn't come here. read more

Had my son's 11th birthday party here and they truly enjoyed themselves. I like that the staff had children and families on one side if the bowling alley and the adults without children in the other. Friendly service, and overall a clean place. The biggest downfall is the smoke in the open bar area that leaks out into the rest of the building. This is a big turnoff for me as a nonsmoker. If you can stand a cloud of smoke go hang out in the bar area on a Saturday night. The karaoke DJ is great and everyone seems to have a great time. read more

We came here on a Monday night for buck night. We waited a long time for a lane (not necessarily their fault). We had an hour to bowl 2 games. It was nice that they stayed open a little late so we could get as much of our 2nd game as possible, but when we weren't able to finish, they gave us vouchers to a free game on our next visit. I've been to Aaron's many many times considering there isn't a whole lot to do in belt on. Since the beginning of summer break or been here 5 times and the service is really slipping. They recently upgraded their systems and I personally have experienced a great deal of trouble with them. When we came into pay today the manager was yelling at an employee, their response time to help was slow and they clearly didn't care. Throughout this trip we experienced many problems with the staff being slow or unwillingly cooperative. Horrible experience. Came in on a Monday and was turned away because gift certificates are not allowed on Mondays. It was 3pm, the place was at least half empty, and the lady at the register was very rude about it. There are no stated restrictions on the gift certificate also. It was my fault for not checking out times, but the manager came out and apologized for the confusion (although I was to blame) and gave all off us (there were 4 in our party) two free games of bowling, free shoe rental, and even free socks. It is true that the course doesn't have any fancy windmills or anything.....but it actually is quite challenging. 3 of us played the entire course and only had two balls go in the water. Yes , the water is gross but you can just play with a different ball. Even with the groupon it wasn't a great value. The course was not well maintained. Since they had to unlock it for us, we knew we were the first ones out today. There was a lot of trash on the course, tree branches hanging in the way, and a dead frog in one of the water hazards. So if you don't care about esthetics and just want a challenging course, this would be a good choice. Otherwise, stay away. read more

The mini golf is so much fun! My husband and I took 5 boys to play and they had a blast playing golf, but they had more fun when their ball would go in the water/river to try getting it out. Several times they purposely put it in the running water to catch it on the way down. It was sometimes hard to keep it out of the water but that was the fun part. We also went bowling another day with a groupon we had. It was comparable to other places but my sons ball kept getting stuck. It would roll to the end and somehow get stuck behind the pins on the side where you could see it. they were very nice about getting if fixed but not sure why it kept happening. The staff was very rude and inattentive. After we bought a lane for an hour, another employee came up and said loudly, "Well, they'd better be done by 5!". We brought in several children and they gave us a lane with only one working bumper. Our only option was to move to a lane right next to some noisy teenagers (even though there are 30-ish lanes and only three groups there). We declined and my 5 year old scored about 15. This being his first time bowling, he was very discouraged. The staff at the concession stand was very annoyed that we wanted to buy food. There were signs saying that it's a non-smoking facility, but there were several people smoking. My mother has respiratory issues and had to leave early. Go somewhere else if you want a clean environment and staff that aren't surly. read more
