Almost immediately after we got this set the washer has made a lot of noise during the spin cycle. It has gotten steadily worse to the point where it now sounds like it could come apart in our laundry room. I called their service provider a few months ago. His comment was they are loud and there probably isn't much can be done, but he would contact the manufacturer. Having not heard anything since I stopped into the store last week to inquire if they (B&B) could do anything for us. The young man asked what we would like to be done. I suggested they could give us a trade in on a top load set. His reply was we don't take trade ins or purchase anything back. I asked what he thought could be done and he suggested I call the manufacturer. When I asked if he had a phone number, he replied that he'd have to Google it just like I should do and turned away. We have felt a slip in customer service at this store for some time now, but this is the lowest I feel a business can go. I guess we will go to the big box stores and save some money knowing there is not engagement with a knowledge base there. Lane Evans
