I have worked extensively with contractors in Southeast Ohio over the past 10 years, and have generally had terrible experiences. They are largely unprofessional, they don't finish the job on time (or they don't finish it at all), they aren't conscientious, they don't communicate with you, they often try to overcharge and in general they have left me with a bad impression of contractors.
