They came out quickly and were able to clear the "2 small root balls" going about 85 feet in with their snake. My sister recently found a water leak under her house. With her husband having passed away a few years ago, she doesn't have someone there to help with these kinds of things, so a lot of that responsibility falls on my dad. My dad is 75 years old. He's a retired Marine, retired school teacher, and one of those guys who can fix anything. If something needed fixed, he was always the one crawling under houses, climbing ladders, digging ditches, or figuring out a way to get it done. But time catches up with all of us. The thought of my dad having to crawl around under a house in a tiny crawl space trying to find this leak worried me. I know he still wants to do those things, but he's not 40 years old anymore. Thankfully, Chris Wells with Platinum Plumbing stepped in. My dad said Chris worked incredibly hard, crawling under that house multiple times, finding the leak, and getting it fixed.
