This particular one takes up a majority of the space in an old shopping plaza. It is tucked away somewhat in a corner, behind other businesses that face the road. If you are driving on the road, I can almost guarantee that you will not know this is here. This place is kind of set up as a flea market-esque style. Vendors can buy space to display their wares, but do not have to be present for their items to sale. I believe that each section has their own color/marking of identification to alert the cashier as to where the money goes once the sale is completed. Items range all over the place here. The last time I was here there are gently used items to brand new, not out of the package yet items as well. Everything from fresh produce to furniture can be bought within the walls. Just to give you a heads up, this place can be bit of a maze to navigate and you definitely have to come here when you have time to spare. It is not one of those quick stop spots to run in and grab what you need (think of it as a place where you want, but not need items). I cannot remember fully if this place is cash only or not, I want to say not, but that may not be true. One my next visit I will check to be sure. I will also have to check to see what the hours are as well.

We have a little 10 pound dog that likes to sit on top of the couch and look out the window. While she was jumping up to the top left marks on the "leather". I reached out to the warranty that put me in contact with someone who basically ghosted me. Out of frustration I went directly to the Johnstown, Pa store and spoke to Ben the then manager. I showed Ben my pictures and explained my problem. Ben ended up ordering the replacement parts without charge to us. Ben put me in contact with the in house repairman first initial R. The repairman man first initial R came to our house (off the books) and replaced the seat top portions but could not do the arm rests because the side panel wasn't ordered. Repairman man first Initial R said he'd order the parts and come back and finish the repair. I paid repairman first initial R $100. Roughly two weeks pasted and I reached out to repairman first initial R to see the status on the parts. I was given an excuse that Ben is no longer the manager and new manager doesn't like him BUT he'll order the parts for me. I reached out to repairman first initial R that the parts are in and we scheduled and date for him to come and complete the repair. Repairman first initial R called and said he had a hit and run into his car and he had to cancel. When I reached out two days later to get rescheduled we had another date scheduled. I was told that the repair may not be able to be completed because of the inability to get "black clips". This excuse is very suspect. Repairman first initial R DID NOT show and now repairman first initial R has since ghosted me. I've texted him twice and still have not received a response. Please avoid Ashley Furniture. If Ashley Furniture can not get their WHOLE team on the same page of customer satisfaction you'll end up being a disappointed customer. You'll walk away paying a couple thousand dollars with a half completed repair that you paid for off the books.

Is named Wellersville, I bought a Beauty rest black bed from Ashley furniture and base. Base roughly $3500 and mattress about $3800. Of course, we were rediculously overcharged. The bed has begun wearing and in places is at least 2 to 4 inches below a string line. The bed is susposed to hold its firmness and form for at least ten years. Well, I called Ashley furniture at least 20 times and was told the 10-year warranty was only good if you don't tear off the tags. WTF??? This bed has huge depressions in the mattress, which is a manufactures defect. The tag says if you're the purchaser, you can remove the tags. I thought I just paid $7,500.00 for a bed.. My kids tore off the tags I find out, but the necessary numbers are luckily still there. Ashley furniture warranty dpt. told me we won't honor the warranty even though the bed is 2 years old. Do not buy from Ashley furniture as soon as you have problems with the product regardless if you have a warranty or not, you will not get your product fixed or replaced. I. Never thought after all the products we bought here that they would rip us off. It is truly a disgusting company. If you google wellersville, you will see what a nasty disgrace of a company they are. If you need furniture in Johnstown,go to Park or anywhere else. Ashley warranty dpt will treat you like you're beneath them. It is clean, I'm not saying that most thrift stores are not clean, but the way that this is set up it gives off a pristine appearance. Now, just to make things clear, yes, they are a thrift store. However they only deal with home furnishings and home decor. If you are just looking for a bargain, this may not be your place to go. The way it is set up you actually feel like you are in a run of the mill furniture store. It is rather large inside and you might find something you didn't expect in here. Merchandise changes frequently, so coming back may be a different experience. Customer service is top notch here and basically cuts out the guess work. I had a question on whether they had an item or not and with the answer I got it saved me from browsing and become frustrated. Hours are a bit odd, so make sure you call ahead to see if they are open or look them up online.

Then upon picking my purchase up I wanted to make sure I paid it off prior to there very high interest rate of 169% which would be almost triple that I was not told either at the store. If that was the case I would have have just paid cash or put it on a zero percent interest card or went to Ashley. I thought this would be convenient because I could take the item home with me that day. Come to find out they charge you an early pay off fee.!! And it's only 101 days to pay off not 120 like I was told. But regardless SAME AS CASH is SAME AS CASH. They are charging me an early PAY OFF FEE!!!!! PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT WORTH IT TO ANYONE. If you cant afford cash go to rent a center or Aarons there interest rate isn't that ridiculous
