Look at the BBB rating for this company on the website first before going any further…read more You came further so let me explain the footnotes of my issue and how this company rips off customers. They will sell you a mattress, frame, etc. The product they sell (Sterns and Foster, etc.) will not back any warranty from that manufacturer. They will refer you back to Mattress Warehouse. Now even though you have a 10 year warranty on a mattress the most you will ever get is store credit even though the warranty approval form will say "replacement model or store credit". What they do is discontinue mattress models every few years so they can never give a "replacement model". They also don't know what "equivalent" means either. So the store credit gets you back in the store to spend more money. This cycle continues. Buy from anyone else except this company or Sterns and Foster.

As far as selection, there is so much to look at, I almost always come home spending more than I planned. The shoe department is especially good. So is the handbag department. Actually every department I have shopped has had a good assortment and I can find things I want. They also have a Clearance center with REALLY low prices on the second floor.

This directly contradicted what we had just been told over the phone. At this point, we are nearly four months in with no clear or reliable delivery timeline. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others about purchasing furniture from this store if it requires warehouse delivery, as the estimated timelines do not appear to be accurate or dependable.

We chose a Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable frame, and after having it delivered last week, we couldn't be happier! Delivery was professional and on time as scheduled. I reached out to the warranty that put me in contact with someone who basically ghosted me. Out of frustration I went directly to the Johnstown, Pa store and spoke to Ben the then manager. I showed Ben my pictures and explained my problem. Ben ended up ordering the replacement parts without charge to us. Ben put me in contact with the in house repairman first initial R. The repairman man first initial R came to our house (off the books) and replaced the seat top portions but could not do the arm rests because the side panel wasn't ordered. Repairman man first Initial R said he'd order the parts and come back and finish the repair. I paid repairman first initial R $100. Roughly two weeks pasted and I reached out to repairman first initial R to see the status on the parts. I was given an excuse that Ben is no longer the manager and new manager doesn't like him BUT he'll order the parts for me. I reached out to repairman first initial R that the parts are in and we scheduled and date for him to come and complete the repair. Repairman first initial R called and said he had a hit and run into his car and he had to cancel. When I reached out two days later to get rescheduled we had another date scheduled. I was told that the repair may not be able to be completed because of the inability to get "black clips". This excuse is very suspect. Repairman first initial R DID NOT show and now repairman first initial R has since ghosted me. I've texted him twice and still have not received a response. Please avoid Ashley Furniture. If Ashley Furniture can not get their WHOLE team on the same page of customer satisfaction you'll end up being a disappointed customer. You'll walk away paying a couple thousand dollars with a half completed repair that you paid for off the books.

Is named Wellersville, I bought a Beauty rest black bed from Ashley furniture and base. Base roughly $3500 and mattress about $3800. Of course, we were rediculously overcharged. The bed has begun wearing and in places is at least 2 to 4 inches below a string line. The bed is susposed to hold its firmness and form for at least ten years. Well, I called Ashley furniture at least 20 times and was told the 10-year warranty was only good if you don't tear off the tags. WTF??? This bed has huge depressions in the mattress, which is a manufactures defect. The tag says if you're the purchaser, you can remove the tags. I thought I just paid $7,500.00 for a bed.. My kids tore off the tags I find out, but the necessary numbers are luckily still there. Ashley furniture warranty dpt. told me we won't honor the warranty even though the bed is 2 years old. Do not buy from Ashley furniture as soon as you have problems with the product regardless if you have a warranty or not, you will not get your product fixed or replaced. I. Never thought after all the products we bought here that they would rip us off. It is truly a disgusting company. If you google wellersville, you will see what a nasty disgrace of a company they are. The unnamed (for now) repair service persons (2) spent no more than 10 minutes in my basement. I was charged approximately $85 including tax and given an invoice that states "multiple components need replaced". They insinuated my appliances were inoperable. JRF Appliance Parts & Repair was the second repair services that came out. I needed a second opinion. The repair person actually examined and cleaned the innards of my washer and dryer. He told me the dryer was good to go. The washer's motor "might" give out someday and need replaced but it works, too. He wrote out detailed invoices for each appliance with information about the parts affected and how much each would cost just in case I wanted to replace anything. He charged $270 to come out and do what he did today. Both repair services gave me an estimate of $600 on parts for each appliance. Thanks to the honesty and professionalism of JRF Appliance, I have my washer and dryer back AND i haven't been taken to the cleaner's.

Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true.. "There may be people cheaper than us, but you will not find another company that takes the time or does the quality of work that we do." Thank you so much!

I contacted Stephen regarding the shed he had advertised and was advised it was still available. Stephen took my information and also gave me a veterans discount along with a clearance discount bringing the price of the shed which was a 10'X12' with metal roof and diamond steel skid plate at the door, 2X4 walls with all pressure treated construction cheaper than the two 8'X10' sheds I previously bought. The best part is the new one I just received is constructed much better that those 8'X10' sheds that were here in Pittsburgh. I recently reviewed the 380 Auction and Pine Creek Structures give less than favorable reviews. Very poor customer services and literally lied regarding when it would be delivered. Lakeview Sheds & Vinyl Products actually delivered my shed in less than 10 days, I received a larger shed, better built, for less money. The man above was definable watching over me. I highly recommend Stephen and Daniel who delivered my shed, leveled it out and made sure I was satisfied. 380 Auction and Pine Creek Structures truly did not care for my business and buying from a great company 80 miles east was well worth the purchase.
