I was told that the furniture was on the way to their warehouse and would arrive February 15-17th and to call back for a delivery date. I sold all my furniture the first week of Feb in anticipation of the new furniture. I've been calling since Feb 15th. No one answered the phone for WEEKS. When I finally got a live person I was told the store was closing. Fine. Give me my $$ back! Nope!!! Been getting the runaround from the owner, Clay Gibson. "Your furniture will be delivered in two weeks" blah blah blah. It's now APRIL! He's not answering his phone. Neither is the store. I have no furniture and they have my $$. I've called Ashley headquarters and they have no record of my purchase! I've even sent them a copy of the invoice! I've now filed a former complaint against him and the store. Next is filing a police report. DO NOT buy from him or any of his stores.

Ended up buying a mid range queen mattress and although delivery was cheap, were able to pick it up from the warehouse (about 2 miles west) in less than 5 mins after purchasing. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the lads who did all the work in making sure the mattress was secure in the back of my pickup for my long journey home, but they were jovial and helpful.
