When the first repair didn't quite do the trick and the ice maker still wasn't working, they came back out immediately to address it. When it became clear it needed further attention, they quickly wrote up a second estimate so we could provide it to our warranty company for a full repair or replacement. Dealing with warranties can be a headache, but their paperwork made the process much easier for us. Their service is fast, and I found their pricing and estimates to be very reasonable. One needed a gas leak fixed and they both needed servicing. After 6 weeks of waiting and lame excuses as to why they were unable to get the simplest of parts, I finally got my equipment back. After a few days the gas fumes were back in the garage and I discovered the leak had never been fixed. I returned it to Parreira's and explained to the owner, the trimmer still leaked. "Leave it with me, I'll take care of it" were his parting words. Hearing nothing from them in 4 weeks, I called around there today, expecting to pick it up. It not only had not been worked on, but of the two people in the store, no one could tell me the status. Needless to say, I took my leaking trimmer and my future business elsewhere. No one I dealt with at Parreira's showed any sense of urgency or concern for my business.
