She surely knows her stuff and works hard to help her customer through the ENTIRE process of buying carpet. She has been amazing through our process. We spent 1.5 hours getting help from the call center with our quote, to establish a coupon code along with correcting the color ect. Having to go through the call center really is hard. She even helped us with where seams would be and every saved us a couple hundred dollars. If carpet is something you are looking to get, I highly recommend working with Fatima if you can.

I called D&L and talked to a gentleman by the name of "Pat", I believe he was the manager or assistant manager. I asked if the part was under a warranty, he said it was if it was less than a year old. He searched through his data base and found my purchase ticket (I had lost mine). He said it was under warranty and that his computer said he had three (3) in stock). He then asked me to hold for just a minute to confirm that they were in the store. He said that were and he would have one ready when I came in. I told him I would be there in twenty minutes and he asked if I was aware they had moved from Jefferson Ave, I was not. He then gave me directions to their new current location at 700 Thimble Shoals Road, suite 108. When I arrived the part was ready and he asked helpful questions to held confirm the problem was in that part, it was. The entire staff was friendly and the new location is very convenient. The part was replaced and works fine. Pat called me back to make sure it was working and offered to suggest help if I had any further problems. He talked to us about how Virginia Furniture has been a family-owned business for over 40 years. He gave us enough space to look around but also gave us all the honest info we needed to make a decision. We decided on a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 3-piece table set for $2300. It was a great deal. Delivery was scheduled for the next weekend, and they also haul our old furniture out. I even had my pick of a free item as a thank you for our purchase. I chose a silicone oven mitt. I will be coming back in the future, next time we need furniture.
