We did our research with Consumer Reports, and we purchased the exact machine we wanted from East Coast. They had the lowest price in the area, and our machine was in stock. The sales agent was helpful with no pressure. The appliance arrived at our home four days later, and the installers were careful and professional with removal of the old machine and installation of the new one. Our space was small, and they fit it right in. We are very satisfied. In addition to pristine new machines, they also sell appliances with scratches for a lot less. We were hoping to find what we wanted among the scratched machines to save a few dollars, but what we wanted was not among those available in the scratched aisle. They are easy to locate in Newport News, and parking is available in front of the store.

I assured salesperson John Wyne that we didn't make the house doors smaller over the past decade. His condescending "apology" was not appreciated . They sell printers…read more Did I say they sell printers? Yes I did. They sell printers but have a very limited ink supply. A lot of the new printers use ink in the bottles. Not a drop available. I gave them a two only because they did look at the other stores in the area. Guess what!?! Nope no ink there either.
