Shortly after install the washer was malfunctioning. It was shaking so badly that anything on to went flying. I called Samsung. After weeks of waiting I was told that there are no service providers in our area. No service for two brand new machines! I called the store. They called Samsung. I started going to the laundromat. I called a regular service company in the area who came right out. They said that the bracket that holds the drum in place was broken and no parts were available for Samsung machines. Back to the store and Samsung. Home Depot would not exchange the machines for an alternate brand. Long story short Samsung finally found a new identical machine. Delivery 8 months later. Not two months later new machine same thing. I call Home Depot. The manager of the Williston VT store dismisses me like a bothersome child. Call Samsun. Do you have a direct number? No. Why does Home Depot still carry a brand that you know does not have service? She said, "Lots of stores do that." I asked how Home Depot can charge hundreds of dollars for en extended warranty that can not be used? She said, "Call Samsung." After explaining that we have been customers of Home Depot for over 30 years and am extremely disappointed, she said in the most dismissive way possible, "Is there anything else?" So from Williston Home Depot to a loyal customer a big FU. I guess my appliance replacement and kitchen renovation will be from Lowes.

I spoke with a young man working there, was technically in the paint dept, but helped me unlock at dewalt took....spoke to him for 10-15 min...he elaborated on the staffing challenge for me. My heart went out to his dedication.... Give the employees some slack there, it's upper mgmt, not the employees that are the problem.

The handles could not be attached because the service person did not check to see if all the part were in the refrigerator before delivery. That person assured me that they had the parts in another refrigerator. I had to call in the afternoon of 9/27/2021 and was assured that they had the parts but that no one was coming that way and they could mail them to me. The initial agreement was to put the refrigerator in place and attach the door handles, which I was charged $69.95 for including delivery. I ended up having to drive 44 miles round trip to get the parts and put the handles on myself. I informed Tim that I would not be doing business with them ever again. Very poor business to deal with.

We had a problem with our Whirlpool dishwasher so I called them to see if they could repair. They…read moredid come over fairly quickly and figured out that the motor was bad so they ordered the part and when it came in they came over to fix it. The tech could not figure out which breaker controlled the breaker so he made the unit "trip" so the breaker would shut off and he replaced the motor. Well since this was "fixed" it now leaks and has got our oak cabinets and floor all wet and the heating element now does not seem to work as nothing is hot when the door is opened so we are thinking that when he tripped it that caused the heating element to stop working. They have come over to look at it since I complained about it but they said that they could not see anything making it do that. Everything was working just fine before the motor went and we never had a leak of any kind before so now we just paid all this money for a repair and we are now going to have to get a new dishwasher because they cannot fix the damage that they caused by "repairing" it. They did not even follow up to see if everything was ok they just disappeared with the money that we gave them. The worst part is we told them that we did not want to do this if they did not think that it was going to work because this repair was about 1/2 the cost of a new unit.

I went to Blodgett's and they found a slightly damaged 6 foot piece which they GAVE to me and which I could fit into my vehicle. There was enough good pipe for me to cut to the length I needed. Makes me happy that there are still nice people in the world.

When they pushed the refrigerator through the doorway of our living room (the best way to bring it in) they took a chunk out of the wall casing. They assured us it would be fixed. To fit the refrigerator into the opening between our cupboards the one anxious delivery guy pushed it so hard you could hear the hardwood floor scratching. I haven't looked under the refrigerator, but there is a noticeable scratch that is in FRONT of the refrigerator. That one makes me angry every time I clean the hardwood floors. The nicer delivery guy said he would make note of it and make sure it got fixed. We never heard from them. We called the Superstore and they said there was no note, but assured us they would take care of it through their delivery service. A few weeks later we called Superstore again. Nothing happened. My husband finally fixed the gouge in the wall board himself. He is not a handyman but since it is low to the floor it is at least white like the rest of the wall board. The scratches in the wood flooring are still pretty annoying. That said, I would probably buy from them again only because the local box stores are worse.

After speaking with Tim at Total Home Center, he returned my call a few hours later, had a stove, it would be delivered within 30 minutes, and they would remove my old one. He didn't even ask me for a credit card!!!! They delivered it, installed it, and I handed them a check. And the two fellows were very cordial and kind and polite to me. Couldn't ask for anything more. Only in Franklin County, only in Vermont. Oh! and I LOVE my new stove!!!!!
