We left messages, waited for updates, and tried repeatedly to get a response, but received absolutely no communication. When you're dealing with a plumbing issue, timely communication is critical. Instead, we were left wondering if anyone was even working on the claim. The lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary delays and frustration during a situation that already needed prompt attention. If a company is unable to take on a job or is too busy to respond, the professional thing to do is communicate that to the customer. Being completely ignored is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Rowdy Construction.

As we all know, Cheyenne's freezes last until well into May. When turned on the water for the first time, the outlet leaked steadily, quickly forming a pool of water against the house. You would expect a plumber to stand behind their work the first time it's used. If there's a problem, they should be willing to fix as part of basic professionalism. They did not. Attempting to charge additional to complete a job that is expected to be done right the first time is just bad business, and bad faith. Profoundly disappointed.
