After arriving home, I received the bill and it was over $1800 and did not pass inspection. The invoice has no cost of parts and states one hour of labor. When calling the company and talking to the secretary, supervisor, and plumber, not one person expressed any concern. So, if you want to be overcharged for an inadequately done job and be treated very disrespectfully when you need more information, then call CTS. They do not care!! He called me right away and said he'd be over around 11:00 AM -- but actually showed up at 9:00 AM, which was a wonderful surprise. He and his two young crew members had the entire issue fully resolved and cleaned up in just over an hour. On top of that, they fixed something the first plumbing & heating company had broken during their attempt, and they even removed the broken fragment those guys had left behind in the pipe. He and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, and courteous throughout. He also offered some smart recommendations to improve our system and help prevent this kind of problem from happening again in the future. Best of all, he wasn't pushy about any of it -- he was even going to check with the insurance company to see if the improvement could be covered as part of the solution. I was thoroughly impressed. Rowdy Construction LLC has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely be going to them for all of my plumbing needs and any other home maintenance services they offer. We have insurance and they're dropping the ball. I called the insurance and they said rowdy is not getting any of the paperwork they're supposed to send them so they could do the work so I definitely wouldn't trust these guys at all. And what sad this is an 80 six-year-old woman that they're doing this too
