I cannot say enough good things about Aspen Mountain Plumbing and especially Michael Lindner…read more After dealing with delays and poor communication elsewhere, Michael was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the available solutions. It was obvious from the start that he genuinely cared about helping us and providing honest, straightforward information. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. He treated our home with respect and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and an overall excellent experience. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Aspen Mountain Plumbing, and if you're lucky enough to get Michael Lindner as your technician, you'll be in great hands. Thank you, Michael, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

As we all know, Cheyenne's freezes last until well into May. When turned on the water for the first time, the outlet leaked steadily, quickly forming a pool of water against the house. You would expect a plumber to stand behind their work the first time it's used. If there's a problem, they should be willing to fix as part of basic professionalism. They did not. Attempting to charge additional to complete a job that is expected to be done right the first time is just bad business, and bad faith. Profoundly disappointed.
