Shortly after installation, I was told the entire furnace needed to be replaced! It felt like they were just guessing. After speaking with the tech and the owner, they informed me it's always advised as a second option to replace the furnace entirely even though they recommend a part that would fix the potential furnace issue. Now I'm stuck with a new furnace and one useless part (second part was refunded, short $66 due to a processing fee). I also found it concerning that they refused to provide itemized receipts. The owner's explanation that it takes hours to diagnose a total furnace failure doesn't align with the tech's quick discovery of the 'huge problem' after installing the second part. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and costly.

If it was undetermined then why aren't you guys, the plumbers doing your jobs to determine the issue??? I'm not a plumber that's why I called you! Pathetic, but yes let's blame the customer for asking questions, right? Sounds like a classic case of the owner wanting money upfront and not wanting to have to deal with an insurance company, but yeah, I'm the criminal.

From using the bathroom to taking a shower, my family couldn't do anything that required water. It was a complete disaster. We first called the local company we normally use here in Sweetwater County. They came out, snaked the line a couple of times, and then simply gave up -- no solution, no next steps, just "you'll have to call someone else." And then they handed me a $350 invoice while acting like they were doing me a huge favor. Thankfully, my insurance company put me in touch with Rowdy Construction LLC, a small local company out of Green River, and I am so glad they did. He called me right away and said he'd be over around 11:00 AM -- but actually showed up at 9:00 AM, which was a wonderful surprise. He and his two young crew members had the entire issue fully resolved and cleaned up in just over an hour. On top of that, they fixed something the first plumbing & heating company had broken during their attempt, and they even removed the broken fragment those guys had left behind in the pipe. He and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, and courteous throughout. He also offered some smart recommendations to improve our system and help prevent this kind of problem from happening again in the future. Best of all, he wasn't pushy about any of it -- he was even going to check with the insurance company to see if the improvement could be covered as part of the solution. I was thoroughly impressed. Rowdy Construction LLC has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely be going to them for all of my plumbing needs and any other home maintenance services they offer. I called the insurance and they said rowdy is not getting any of the paperwork they're supposed to send them so they could do the work so I definitely wouldn't trust these guys at all. The employee returned their store key upon termination however Lance took it upon himself to change the the store locks and charge the terminated employee for the new locks and labor; taking it out of their last paycheck. Highly recommend Vaughns plumbing over this over priced business.
