Called Yeti on Friday at 1:20 PM, explained the situation, and we agreed to meet at 9 AM the next morning (Saturday). At his request, I sent additional information via text, which shows it was read. Saturday came and no one showed. At 9:30 AM, I texted asking if we were still planning to meet. No response. At 10 AM, I called and left a voicemail. I tried calling again at 5:07 PM, more than eight hours after our scheduled appointment, and it again went to voicemail. I'm writing this review 12 hours after our scheduled appointment and still haven't received a call, text, or any explanation. I'm now stuck trying to find another plumber on a weekend. Cody was very nice and professional over the phone, and I completely understand that things come up. However, without knowing if or what came up, I'm extremely disappointed in my experience--or lack thereof. read more

Cody at Yeti Plumbing and Construction responded quickly, was knowledgeable and quoted a better price than the others I contacted. It seemed like it took almost no time at all to fix the "do-it-yourself job" the previous owners did on the bathroom plumbing. Thanks Yeti!!! read more

Shortly after installation, I was told the entire furnace needed to be replaced! It felt like they were just guessing. After speaking with the tech and the owner, they informed me it's always advised as a second option to replace the furnace entirely even though they recommend a part that would fix the potential furnace issue. Now I'm stuck with a new furnace and one useless part (second part was refunded, short $66 due to a processing fee). I also found it concerning that they refused to provide itemized receipts. The owner's explanation that it takes hours to diagnose a total furnace failure doesn't align with the tech's quick discovery of the 'huge problem' after installing the second part. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and costly.

A quote, report and assistance within less than a few hours of being here. Strange. The owner , as you all can see, very clearly stated that "the water damage was undetermined", so riddle me this... If it was undetermined then why aren't you guys, the plumbers doing your jobs to determine the issue??? I'm not a plumber that's why I called you! Pathetic, but yes let's blame the customer for asking questions, right? Sounds like a classic case of the owner wanting money upfront and not wanting to have to deal with an insurance company, but yeah, I'm the criminal.

I needed a hot water heater replaced in a rental unit while I was on vacation and called CTS. After arriving home, I received the bill and it was over $1800 and did not pass inspection. The invoice has no cost of parts and states one hour of labor. When calling the company and talking to the secretary, supervisor, and plumber, not one person expressed any concern. So, if you want to be overcharged for an inadequately done job and be treated very disrespectfully when you need more information, then call CTS. They do not care!! Never doing business with them again!!
