I called Karl's and they sent a repairman in 2 weeks time. Off to the laundromat for a couple weeks. He came and looked it over, said he needed to order parts and that would be a week. Off to the laundromat again. He came back and installed new part and the washer worked for 2 loads and broke again. Called Karl's again and waited for them to have time to come back. Off to the laundromat. This time he said he didn't know what was wrong and had to call tech support and consult with the other repairmen at his job, then he would order the parts they agreed on and would be back. Off to the laundromat yet again. He returned a week or so later with the new parts and it worked fine until this morning when it broke again so I'm at the laundromat. I'm not calling Karl's again. Clearly they sold me a piece of junk to start with. The washer is now 16 months old and after warrantee so I know by reading the other reviews on this store that they won't want to hear my story.
