They did not hand us any lines about how were getting a steep discount off the retail price, they showed us several styles of wedding bands and let us decide what we liked. Bonus, they offered to size them at no charge. Double bonus, we checked out some of the "discount" places and not only were their prices pretty similar to Landstrom's prices, in this case we got our best price at Landstrom's. Shop around if you want, but you'll get the best value for your time and money at Landstrom's.

The Gold Digger repair service on Sturgis Road tried to say that the post office is lying and they didn't get the return package, but I have the tracking # with the store's signature to show delivery was released to the store. Wanda from Gold Diggers on phone there was rude and hung up on me when I said I have the store signature on USPS tracking. I still have no replacement after a month so I turned them into Better Business Bureau and USPS. Might have to take this to small claims court. Their lifetime warranty is worthless. Horrible service, unethical business, liars and thieves.
