Came in this store when they opened. Walked in and two guys helped me right away. I told them what I needed and they showed me one and went online to show me what was available in stock. They gave me a great deal and free delivery that day! Since it was urgent they got it to me at 3pm that day and no issues! Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.
