I have purchased many things from this store and never had a problem. Used to be a helpful friendly place. I recently got a dryer from them. They didn't have the cord for it. The guy who was supposed to be signing me up walked off after talking to me like I'm a moron. Got an email saying I was late on a payment and my phone is disconnected. Talked to Regina and she said payment today or pick up. Now it's sitting outside my door for them. Never ever again! Worst place ever now and prices are a joke! read more

Horrible service!!!!! I rented a TV through them online that was supposed to be here within 3 to 5 business days. I received no calls to let me know when my product would get here on top of them charging me weekly without a TV !!!!! So when i finally got a call the guy told me i would have to pay double what my leasing agreement was an complete the entire leasing agreement again an they wouldn't cancel my account for me now i cant get through to customer service at all to handle this situation !!!!!! Horrible service , they don't care about their customers at all. I missed ONE payment due to my checking account being hacked , all my money was pulled out so I had to wait for the bank to put them money back in my account and I had to wait for a new debit card in the mail which is why I missed my ONE payment. I have NEVER missed a payment and they didn't y give two craps about my situation. What do they want me to do? Pull the money out of my a$$?? The bank doesn't replenish money from fraud over night but did this company care? Of course not !! They will harass you until they get their pathetic payment, $54 in my case. Even after telling them my situation they harassed me 3-4 times a day by calling me and then they came to my house knocking on my door at 9:00 pm harassing for the money threatening to pick up the couches . And even after I made my payment they still came to my house harassing me . What a joke . I always paid my bill on time and I even paid for their stupid Membership club crap. From the very beginning the sales manager Regina was very lazy and knew little to nothing about her products she sells. Second time going in to the store first things she lets us know is that she is "lazy" and then tried to clean it up with "not lazy just tired" either way still not professional. The general manager called me a week later letting me know the tv I ordered had came in broken, that she will call me back with a solution to get me a new tv. She never called back, I called back the next day for an update and was told she was busy and would call me back...never did AGAIN! I called 5 days later spoke with Regina and she stated she was going to figure out what going on that should would call me back...NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! Today 6/6/23 I called Aaron's spoke with the manager about my tv and was told I will not be getting my tv because me and my mother both have separate accounts for one household and that, that isn't suppose to happen. But hey REGINA knew the WHOLE time me and my mother lived in the same household and Regina never said we couldn't go forward with our separate purchases. Let me just say that once they get your money they become a bunch of the most unprofessional people I've dealt with in a business EVER. They did not attempt to verify any information until 2 days before delivery. I then called the following day to find out if we were approved and if the next day delivery was still scheduled. I was told we were approved and that delivery would be made between 10am and 4pm today which is Friday. Me and my husband BOTH called twice today and was given various excuses. Among them were "The drivers are behind on deliveries" AND "They just loaded the truck with your furniture and are on their way to your home" just to wait 90 minutes and call back for them to say " we've been trying to get in contact with you all day. We can't make the delivery because we can't verify some info.....okay wait...didn't I call yesterday and was told everything was ready to go ?!?!? Haven't we made FOUR calls to the store today alone and NOW you wanna talk about needing additional information. I requested a refund back to the card on file and hung up...and after that another manager called and tried to get stern with me.....I THINK NOT! They dropped the ball big time. So now their workers did all that work in the hot ass sun to load our order for nothing because the Aaron's staff were incapable of doing their job and making sure they had all the information needed before having me take a day of work to be BS'd by them. This place sucks... if anyone needs furniture or something like that then I would suggest going somewhere, anywhere else besides them. I have been dealing with them for 3 years and I have been told so many different things when it came down to me inquiring about my bill. They changed my due date without my knowledge and I can't even log into my account inline for whatever reason. They call you when they first open up in your due date at least 3 times a day. It's totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I was told last month that my payoff would be 164 now it's 124 after I made a 85 dollar payment. Please stop coming to our apartment! We just moved in to Wimbledon Apartments at the end of October. Apparently, the previous tenant owes them money because someone from this business has come to collect three times now. Last week, my boyfriend politely told the man who stopped by that we weren't who he was looking for and that we recently moved in. Last night we came home to find a notice on our door from Aaron's telling us to call or stop by the store. Tried to call them last night but they were closed so my boyfriend called today and spoke with someone there. He told him the same thing and requested that they don't come to our apartment anymore and to stop by the management office if they needed to track down the previous tenant. We came home tonight to find another notice on our door. We have never done business with Aaron's nor would we. We own our furniture and would appreciate if they stop contacting us. We will be calling them again tomorrow and we are also notifying the apartment management company. Also, we don't appreciate the notes on the door which makes it look like we don't pay our bills. They are nice. But they are a ripoff. But still cheaper than rent to own. We needed a washer and dryer. Would have cost us about $80/month. Instead we just paid $500 cash for a used set from a local company that does refurbished washer and dryers. Do the math... I dont' think it ever make sense to buy anything from the rental stores unless you just need something for a month or two or your credit is totally in the crapper. I guess that's how they get their business though, from people with no other options. But the prices... seem too high for that even. read more

The WORST customer service EVER!! Every moron you deal with blames someone else. 6 months in a row they called harassing us for our credit card number claiming they "lost" it. We were on AUTO PAY!!! Finally just hung up on them after a few months of it. Then miraculously my account got billed anyways. Must not have been too lost!! After the 6th month the manager Scott called and swore if we gave him the number this last time that we'd never have a problem again. He also blamed our issue on someone named George. Wow...if I could give less than one star I would. Let's start with the sore manager. He has to be the laziest person I have ever met in my life when it comes to doing what's right for the customer. I had a small lapse in my pay and needed to use the benefits outlined in their "Aaron's club program" it took them one and a half months of constant calling to get them to apply the benefits to my account and when they did they used it for two months instead of the one month I requested. When I went in to make my next months payment they double charged me and getting ahold of any type of management was nearly impossible with every excuse in the book used when I called. "Management is at lunch", "He is not in today", "The finance team is out I'll have them call you back". But the second I lapse on a payment they are at my door at 9pm asking for payment. Then we have the finance manager...worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Rude and nasty over the phone. Do yourself a favor and just save up for your furniture/appliance needs. Most unprofessional place. Came in saw Oscar and got approved for a item I ended up not needing or picking up.they called me And my references 3weeks almost after still trying to tak me into picking up. Finally went back and chose a simple tv. They approved me then proceeded to have me come in store 3 following occasions (which I had to miss work to come in) to sign paperwork without providing me a same drop off day as requested.was assured I was fully approved and contract just needed my signature to drop off. After taking off work to be at house ...Then it turned into they couldn't deliver till Friday . Then too busy on Friday , changed to Monday ..then Monday came and associate Veronica calls mesaying she needs to speak to owner of place I stay already knowing my application stated I live with relative. Still provided the info she spoke with person then turned into She needed to verify my job although Oscar had already did this a week ago. Back and fourth began and they were very rude and unwilling to provide me with adequate customer service for the severs inconveniences I endured with them. The sales people are very friendly here but that's about it. There are many employee's working there but it seems like hardly any work get's done when it come's to processing your application. I was there for about an hour and a half waiting for my application to get processed and just decided to leave. if you have things to do in your day and don't have much time on your hands, I recommend go elsewhere. read more
