After that, I kept getting emails saying I still owed money. I ignored them at first because I trusted the amount I was given in-store. When I finally called, I was told my payment was made after the due date (January 5), since I paid on January 12, and now I owe $156 due to added fees. This is incredibly frustrating. I paid the exact amount your system told your employee I owed, in person, and I'm still being penalized. What makes this worse is that I've dealt with issues like this before with the Best Buy/Citibank card and even received a settlement check years ago related to their practices. It's disappointing to see the same kind of problems happening again. Customers shouldn't be punished for relying on the information your own system provides.

I gave them a call and spoke with I believe Tim was his name . He was very helpful and knowledgeable . And even offered to test some of the fuses for me , which I thought was awesome.thanks Tim! We found it had two fuses that went bad . After a good cleaning on the inside of the dryer and the fuse replacement . The Dryer was as good as new . Sent them some pics and asked if they could come to the cabin to do the work. They confirmed they could and provided a competitive quote. On the day, Javier showed up in time and completed the work to a very high standard (a new leather panel, which you'd hardly notice was a patch up). If you're looking for a repair or an upgrade to your furniture upholstery, then I'd highly recommend speaking with these guys.
