On Tuesday, one of our Hunter-Douglas's blinds' pull cord stopped working. I sent a text to AB Blinds at 4:00pm and Kim responded before 7:00pm, same evening. She said she would be at our house the next day (Wednesday) between 12 noon and 1:00. She was running a little late, and sent me a text to let me know. The removed the blind, and since the blinds were from the mid 90s, she would need to take the blind to her shop to see if she had a clutch that would fit it. At 8:00pm, she sent me a text saying that she had found the parts needed, and she would be there by 1:00 the next day (Thursday). She arrived when she said she would, meticulously installed the repaired blind, and tested it to show me it was repaired. Her prices were very reasonable, and her work is impeccable. I would HIGHLY recommend AB Blinds if you ever need to have your blinds repaired. Also, she works on ALL brands of blinds, both manual and electric. read more

I cannot begin to say enough positive remarks regarding AB BLINDS! it is very difficult to find a company that does REPAIR of shades in San Diego. I only needed my rope of my pull shade repaired. I actually thought I would have to replace the whole shade! AB Blinds was able to restring my pleated shade and for ONLY $150. I was prepared to replace the pleated shade and that would have cost me &1,200 - $1,500!! the service was excellent! Kim came out the following day that I called she was prompt and most court and pleasant. Highly recommend!
